A list of non-creditable goods adds more certainty to tax reform, say tax experts

The tax reform regulation bill, presented by the Federal Government to Congress on the 25th, includes a list of goods and services for personal use and consumption which will not be eligible for tax credits under the new Contribution on Goods and Services (CBS) and Tax on Goods and Services (IBS).
