Daniel represents banks, financial institutions, investment funds, and companies in complex operations involving Special Situations and distressed assets, from legal analysis and negotiation to business implementation and asset recovery.
He has experience in strategic litigation, both judicial and arbitral, and has been involved in major corporate, banking, civil, credit recovery, judicial recovery, bankruptcy, real estate, labor, and administrative cases.
