- Anticompetitive practices: initiation of 16 Preparatory Procedures, 12 Administrative Inquiries, and 18 Administrative Proceedings
- Collections: BRL 367 million in monetary contributions
- Relevant convictions: hospital union for uniform conduct, Rumo-ALL for abuse of dominance, Sindtanque/MG for price uniformity, and electricity meter cartel with fines of BRL 73 million
- Merger filings approved with restrictions: acquisition of Cobasi by Petz with divestiture of 26 stores in São Paulo
- Wickbold and Bimbo transaction: approved subject to divestiture of the “Tá Pronto!” and “Nutrella” brands
