We were recognized at Latin Lawyer’s Deal of the Year 2024 awards ceremony, held yesterday (May 8^th) in São Paulo.

The privatization of Sabesp, considered the largest in Latin America in 2024, was the winning transaction in the Capital Markets category. The Chapter 15 approval for Americanas’ restructuring plan won the Restructuring award. Our partners Alexandre Barreto, Cinthia de Lamare, Dimitrios Constantelos and Esther Slud attended the ceremony represeting the firm.
