  • ANP approves draft authorization for the country’s first underground natural gas storage project in the Pilar field, in Alagoas
  • ANP opens Public Consultation No. 15/2025 on the regulation of the Certificate to Guarantee the Origin of Biomethane (CGOB), with validity of up to 18 months and use for regulatory targets or the voluntary market
  • CNPE defines mandatory annual GHG emission reduction targets for RenovaBio until 2035, with 48.09 million CBIOs in 2026 and an expectation of 73.45 million by the end of the decade
  • ANP authorizes Petrobras to sell marine diesel oil with renewable content (Diesel Verana) until definitive regulation, aligned with the International Maritime Organization’s decarbonization guidelines
