Suspension of environmental embargo penalties for rural properties: IN 08/24

Issued by the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA), Regulation (IN) 08/24, published on March 25, sets out procedures for requesting the lifting of embargo measures. It also requires that requests include documents proving the rural property’s good standing.
