Tax settlement: The Attorney General’s Office for the State of São Paulo (PGE-SP) publishes first public notice for the State of São Paulo settlement program

Last Wednesday, February 7, the Attorney General’s Office for the State of São Paulo (PGE-SP) published the regulation governing the State of São Paulo settlement program, established by State Law 17,843/2023, known as Acordo Paulista. It also published the first public notice for the program, aimed at taxpayers with debts of the State Tax on Goods and Services (ICMS) enrolled as overdue tax liability.
