Energy storage: ANEEL consolidated the review of contributions from Public Hearing No. 39/2023 regarding the regulation of Energy Storage Systems (SAE).

New Energy Auction A-5: bidding notice approved, recording a historic number of registered hydropower projects.

GSF Auction: the agency approved technical clarifications on the auction held on August 1, related to the renegotiation of GSF credits in the Short-Term Market (MCP).

Power distribution: rules defined for the reimbursement of tax credits to consumers, resolving the dispute over the refund of ICMS amounts unduly included in the PIS/COFINS tax base.
