Since March 2023, he has held the Managing Partner position and is responsible for the firm’s strategic management.

He advises banks, financial institutions, investment and private equity funds, as well as public and private companies across various sectors of the economy. Additionally, he specializes in investors in public equity offerings, debenture and bond issuances, public tender offers, structured and project financing, securitization, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, and joint ventures.
