He has considerable experience representing publicly-traded companies, administrators and investment fund managers, as well as brokers and other participants, both domestic and international, in operations involving advisory on capital markets regulatory matters, as well as counsel in sanctioning and non-sanctioning administrative proceedings before the CVM, ANBIMA, and BSM.
He focuses on the structuring of complex and innovative financial products, with constant dialogue with capital market regulators and self-regulators, as well as a dedicated track record in memorandums and legal opinions involving corporate law and capital market issues, in response to queries from a wide range of market agents.
