Julia is a partner in Corporate Law and Securities Regulation practices. She has substantial experience advising market participants in various securities regulation matters, representing such participants in administrative litigation procedures involving the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Appeals Council of the Brazilian Financial System (CRSFN), self-regulatory organizations, and well as structuring innovative capital markets’ transactions and business models which depend on interaction with the regulator.
