Lior represents clients in several economic sectors, including technology, telecom, mining, infrastructure, energy, industry, and healthcare, in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate transactions. He works prominently with public companies and private equity and venture capital funds.
He has international experience, being responsible for planning and implementing the New York office of a Brazilian law firm. He also practiced as international associate at one of the most prestigious law firms in the US.
