- Compensation: Structuring of variable compensation plans, including long-term stock-based incentives, awards, commissions, and hiring and retention bonuses. Implementation of Profit-Sharing Programs (PLR) through union negotiation or joint committees.
- Due Diligence and ESG: Labor audits focused on compliance and risk prevention. Review of contracts with partners and suppliers, and legal advice for the monitoring and oversight of the supply chain with respect to compliance with labor obligations and ESG standards.
- Investigations and Training: Conducting corporate training programs aimed at preventing workplace harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
