Cescon Barrieu advised Aegean Baltic Bank on a loan

Cescon Barrieu advised Aegean Baltic Bank as agent in connection with a term loan facility and, subsequently, its refinancing and increasing, to the MCT Group SPVs Ploioktitria Captain Nicholas Z Private Company and Ploioktitria Apollo Z Private Company, for purposes of financing of the vessels “Captain Nicholas Z” and “Apollo Z”. Cescon Barrieu relied on partner Rafael Baleroni, associate Alexandra Costa and intern Antonio Lira.
