On October 10, 2024, the Ministry of Finance presented the results of the Call for Contributions to the regulation of economic and competition aspects of digital platforms, including 12 proposals for statutes and regulations, in the report “Digital Platforms: economic and competition aspects and recommendations for regulatory improvements in Brazil”.
