On November 4, 2024, National Mining Agency (ANM) Regulations No. 187/2024 and 188/2024 were published in the Federal Official Gazette, respectively providing for the Crisis Management Policy and amending Regulation No. 63/2021, which established the Corporate Risk Management Policy.
