The Brazilian Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANATEL) opens Public Consultation on a draft regulation for administrative sanctions

Public Consultation No. 53/2024 is available on the Participa Anatel platform and open for contributions until December 9, 2024. The Brazilian Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANATEL)’s Administrative Sanctions Regulation (RASA) was approved through Resolution No. 589 of May 7, 2012, aiming to establish parameters and criteria for applying administrative sanctions in the telecommunications sector.
