The National Water Resources Council (CNRH) publishes Regulation No. 241/2024 and changes the general criteria for dam classification

On October 21, 2024, the National Water Resources (CNRH) Regulation No. 241 was published in the Federal Official Gazette. It revoked Regulation 143/2012 and established new general criteria for the classification of dams by Risk Category (CRI), Associated Potential Damage (DPA) and volume.
