With a new request to access records, the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) suspends again the trial of former Gafisa managers

The panel of the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) suspended again the trial of former managers of Gafisa, after Otto Lobo, the last director to present an opinion, requested access to the records. At the time of the suspension, the trial was 2-1 against Nelson Tanure, Antônio Romanoski, Eduardo Jácome, Leo Simpson, Thomas Reichenheim, and Roberto Portella.
