Andrea represents clients from several industries in local and cross-border M&A transactions, including business combination, asset purchases and sales, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, assisting large business groups from diverse industries, as well as banks and funds.

Andrea has worked in prestigious international law firms based in New York and she has experience in coordinating multijurisdictional deals.
