Marianno advises banks, payment institutions, fintechs and other regulated entities on complex regulatory matters of the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) and the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), as well as on strategic transactions in the Financial Sector. His practice covers derivatives, FX, payments, fundraising, prudential regulation, licensing in general, crypto assets, tokenization and enforcement proceedings, as well as the regulation of secondary markets, intermediaries and financial market infrastructures.
Marianno worked at the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as a foreign associate.
