Clarissa advises clients on complex tax matters, in both advisory and litigation spheres. She acts in strategic disputes in the administrative and judicial spheres at the municipal, state, and federal levels. She represents companies in various sectors, such as environmental, mining, automotive, and services.
Her practice covers acting in judicial proceedings, monitoring tax assessment notices (direct and indirect taxes), decision-making orders (despachos decisórios), due diligence, as well as the analysis of special regimes and Transaction Programs.
She has an academic background, having served as a professor in the Tax MBA at CEDIN, as well as an advisor for Postgraduate courses in Tax Law at PUC Minas.
