He acts before the main administrative and judicial courts in the country in significant disputes with tax authorities. He has provided consultancy on projects for obtaining tax benefits, recovering tax credits, and analyzing efficient tax structures.
He advises clients from various sectors, such as oil and gas, retail, shipping, electricity and highway concessionaires, industries, and service providers in health, education, and construction.
