Aline has more than 15 years of experience, with a strong focus on corporate matters, contracts and corporate governance, advising public and private companies, as well as strategic and financial investors, on complex M&A transactions. She regularly acts on domestic and cross-border transactions, with experience across the energy, data centers, mining, chemicals, retail and technology sectors. She also has solid experience in wealth planning, advising family-owned businesses and high-net-worth individuals on succession planning, asset organization and family governance, in addition to extensive experience in leading and developing teams and managing large-scale transactions.
